Rules Regarding Membership Use
Tee Time Booking & Cancellation
- PG Tee Times may be booked up to SEVEN (7) days in advance at most clubs. Club rules may vary and are solely at each club's discretion.
- PG Tee Times may be booked at any time at most PG clubs. Please review each club's PG tee time policy as some private clubs may have time restrictions and surcharges applied to weekend/holiday morning play.
- Call each golf course to make tee times and identify yourself as PG to receive PG rate.
- For PG and Non PG in your group, players must comply with a club's advance booking window.
- PG must notify club of tee time cancellation within a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
- PG Clubs may close course without notice due to inclement weather and/or maintenance reasons.
- Rain check and refund policies are issued at the discretion of the PG club.

- PG will provide updates to our members regarding rate specials and outings via our weekly email newsletter.
When Arriving At The Golf Course
- Please have photo ID and membership card at check-in.
- Proper golf attire required at all times, including collared shirts.
Important Membership Information
- PG Memberships come with a 10-day Money Back Guarantee. Return your membership and all inclusions within 10 days of purchase to receive a full refund. No refunds permitted after the 10-day period.
- Only corporate membership cards are transferable and are notated as such.
- Each PG member must have a membership card; no card sharing permitted.
- There is a $10 replacement fee for lost cards.
