A Mission of Paradise Golf – Better & More Enjoyable Golf Having been involved with Paradise Golf for 15 of the last 17 years, my goal in calling Paradise Golf “A Private Club Without Walls” has always been simple: make golf = fun a living and breathing reality for our members.
One way we are doing that is by identifying new game improvement opportunities, and we believe screen golf is one of the most exciting developments in the game today. That’s why we’ve partnered with two outstanding facilities — X-Golf in Trinity and The Irons Club in St. Pete — both offering advanced swing-analysis technology and the ability to play some of the world’s most famous courses indoors.
Simulator golf is growing rapidly because it combines practice, technology, and social golf in a convenient environment. Whether you’re improving your swing or simply enjoying a round with friends, these facilities provide a great way to experience the game.

Our Summer Evening League lineup is officially set, and we’re excited to bring you three great weekly options to enjoy competitive golf, great courses, and time with fellow Paradise Golf members.
This Summer’s Leagues: Monday Evenings — Fox Hollow
Tuesday Evenings — Lexington Oaks
Wednesday Evenings — The Eagles
You can register for one league, two leagues, or all three — whatever works best for your schedule.
We are also exploring the addition of a Thursday evening league and a Sunday afternoon Couples 9-Hole League for the summer. Stay tuned for more details as those are finalized.

Since March 13, we have added the following clubs: Babe Zaharias, Bardmoor, Bloomingdale, Clearwater, Cypress Creek, Huntington Hills, Lansbrook, LPGA International, Rocky Point, Rogers Park, Summerfield Crossings, X-Golf Simulator Club.
As for Member For A Day Clubs, we have added Bayou Club, Glen Lakes, and Sherman Hills.
We have many more clubs in the pipeline to add to the card membership and to the member for a day program so this summer promises to be one of our best yet.

COURSE CONDITION UPDATES - WE WANT YOUR FEEDBACK |

Early on, many of our members were kind enough to send me course condition updates about courses you had recently played. Lately those emails have slowed down, and I’d love to start receiving them again.
If you’ve played somewhere recently, please feel free to share your thoughts by emailing me at gregg@paradise-golf.com. It doesn’t mean I will necessarily publish your comments or mention you by name, but your feedback is very helpful. Many members have said these updates are a valuable resource when deciding where to play their next round.
To kick things off again, here are a few courses I’ve visited recently that are currently in excellent, very playable condition and come highly recommended: Plantation Palms, Ardea South, Seminole Lake, Skyview at Citrus Hills, Black Diamond Ranch, Lexington Oaks, TPC Tampa Bay, Saddlebrook, The Bayou Club, Golden Ocala, Tarpon Springs, and Carrollwood CC.

QUICK GOLF TIP: THE IMPORTANCE OF HAVING THE CORRECT GRIP SIZE ON YOUR CLUBS |
|
The grip is your only physical connection to the golf club, yet many golfers never consider whether their grip size actually fits their hands. The wrong grip size can lead to inconsistent shots, poor swing mechanics, and even physical discomfort. Control of Face AngleGrip thickness affects how your hands rotate the club through impact. Grips that are too small can make the hands overly active, often leading to pulls or hooks. Grips that are too large can restrict hand rotation, making it harder to square the clubface and often resulting in pushes or slices. Grip Pressure and TensionThe correct grip size allows you to hold the club comfortably without squeezing too tightly. Grips that are too thin often cause golfers to grip harder, creating tension in the forearms and shoulders. Grips that are too thick can reduce your feel for the clubhead and make it harder to sense the clubface during the swing. Swing Mechanics and ReleaseWhen the grip fits properly, your fingers can wrap naturally around the club. Ideally, your fingertips should just lightly touch the pad of your thumb, allowing for a more neutral release and smoother swing mechanics. Comfort and Injury PreventionUsing the wrong grip size over time can lead to discomfort or injury. Golfers with arthritis or joint pain often benefit from larger grips that reduce strain on the fingers, while grips that are too small can contribute to golfer’s elbow or tendonitis from excessive grip pressure.
