SADDLEBROOK: 18 HOLES NOW OPEN

We spoke with Director of Golf, Kyle Bruce, this morning, and he confirmed that the Oak and Cypress nines are now open, with the Pine nine scheduled to reopen on January 9th. Kyle noted that the course conditions are the best he has ever seen, making Saddlebrook a definite must-play.

THE CLUB AT CHEVAL – IMPORTANT UPDATE

Club management at Cheval has informed us that, due to an extremely high volume of new membership sales, they are unable to honor our Member-for-a-Day certificate at this time.

Instead, the club will host a couple of Monday outings for Paradise Golf members at a preferred rate (details to come). The certificate will be removed from all member portals accordingly.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

📱 MUST-DO: ADD YOUR MEMBERSHIP APP TO YOUR PHONE

We’re hearing from our course partners that many members still haven’t added the Paradise Golf app to their smartphone.

Here’s the quick setup:

1. On your smartphone, go to members.paradisegolfcard.com. If your card doesn’t appear, tap Member Portal.
2. Tap SEND OTP and check your email 💻 for the 6-digit code.
3. Once you enter the code on your phone 📲 to verify, your membership card will appear.
4. Tap the Share/Up Arrow icon on iPhone or the three dots on Android.
5. Select Add to Home Screen ⭐.

Once added, you can access your card instantly, no more logging in! ⛳️

NOTE: YOU CANNOT FIND THE PARADISE WEB APP ON ANY ONLINE STORE SUCH AS THE APPLE PLAY STORE OR GOOGLE PLAY STORE

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BROWSING & REDEEMING COUPONS ON YOUR DIGITAL MEMBERSHIP

On your membership web app, there are two ways to view coupons: Browse Coupons and Redeem My Coupons.

Browsing Coupons:
Tap the square with the three lines at the top right of the app, then select Browse Coupons. This feature simply lets you view your available coupons. You cannot activate or use a coupon from this section.

Redeeming Coupons:
To use a coupon, go to the app’s Home screen, where your digital membership card is displayed. Above the card, tap Redeem My Coupons. Select the club’s coupon you’d like to use and tap REDEEM at the bottom.

⚠️ Only press REDEEM when you are at the club and ready to use the coupon. Once redeemed, it will expire at the end of the day.

We hope this helps you use your membership app with confidence!
