Information on New Paradise Golf Professional Staff Members
TOM SHEA, PGA
Tom Shea joined the Paradise Golf team the week of September 22. He grew up in Monmouth County, New Jersey. He moved to Tampa in 1996 and is married with three children. Tom has been a PGA Class A Golf Professional since 1992. His golf employment includes five years at St. Leo’s as golf coach and five years as an assistant golf professional at Fox Hollow Golf Club. Tom’s career focus is golf instruction and coaching, especially junior golf. For the last 13 years, he has served as the Tampa Tour Director for US Kids and is a Master Certified Coach. Additionally, he is the golf coach at Cambridge Christian and a recipient of the Deacon Palmer North Florida PGA Section Award.
AARON WESTLAKE
Aaron joined the Paradise Golf team the week of September 22. He grew up in northern Pennsylvania and earned both a bachelor's and a Master of Science degree from Lock Haven University. He moved to Florida in 2014 and is married with one child. His golf experience includes serving as Golf Program Coordinator at IMG Academy, Director of Operations for the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour, Co-Founder and Director of Operations of the Notah Begay III Junior Golf National Championship, and Operations/Tournament Manager for two Korn Ferry Tournaments in Sarasota, FL and Greer, SC.
ZACK FORD
Zack joined the Paradise Golf team the week of September 8. He grew up in Youngstown, Ohio, and moved to Florida in 2023. He earned bachelor’s degrees from both East Tennessee State and Youngstown State Universities, along with an MBA from Youngstown State. A scratch golfer, Zack played on both universities’ men’s golf teams. His golf career includes internships at the Khakwa Club, and positions as First Assistant Golf Professional at the Golf Club of the Everglades (FL) and Tippecanoe CC (OH). He also works as a sales representative for the apparel brand Greatness Wins.
KARLA BURGA
Karla joined the Paradise Golf team the week of August 25. She grew up in Lima, Peru, and is currently enrolled in the Master of Science in Marketing and Professional MBA programs at USF. She received her bachelor’s degree in International Business from the University of Lima. During her studies, she has worked at the British Embassy in Lima as an assistant to the British Ambassador and currently serves as a Graduate Assistant at the USF Muma College of Business. She brings extensive experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing initiatives.
LILY BIERCE
Lily is an Accounting Intern at Paradise Golf, where she assists with financial reporting, bookkeeping, and data organization to support daily business operations. Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, she moved to Tampa in 2022 to attend the University of South Florida, where she is pursuing a degree in Finance and is an active member of Delta Gamma and Women in Business. Growing up playing golf fostered Lily’s passion for the golf industry. Before joining Paradise Golf, she worked as Assistant General Manager at a golf course in Wisconsin and gained experience in property management and data analytics.
DIVYA REDDY SURAM
NATALIA MARTÍNEZ DÍAZ
Natalia joined the Paradise Golf team in 2025. She holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of South Florida and a B.S. in Software Engineering from Universidad del Norte. Based in Tampa and originally from Cartagena, Colombia, she works on improving the Paradise Golf website’s design, adding new features, and automating manual tasks to streamline operations. Her previous experience tutoring university-level math strengthened her ability to translate complex ideas into clear, practical solutions.
